2019 Season Registration

RHAM Youth Football & Cheerleading

ATTENTION RYFC: We Have New Incentives This Year!

If you refer a friend who is new to the RHAM Youth Cheerleading and Football league and that friend stays with RYFC for the duration of the season you and your friend will be eligible for a $25 DICK'S gift card. You and your friend must communicate this with the RYFC Treasurer, Jenn Hulland during the time of registration.

The gift cards will be handed out at the end of season awards ceremony.

If you are a new registrant to the RHAM Youth Football and Cheerleading (A, B, C, or D teams) then you too can receive a $25 DICK'S gift card. Simply email RYFC Treasurer, Jenn Hulland your name and team assignment so that you can receive your gift card at the awards ceremony.

NOTE: Participants will qualify for one $25 DICK'S gift card regardless of how many friends they refer.

PARTICIPATION SIGN UP DUTIES: (Mandatory excluding Flag Football)

Failure to complete your assigned duties may result in fees or loss of game day play/participation for your child. Head and Assistant coaches are exempt from duties.

  • Raffle Tickets (Each family will sell 20, $5 raffle tickets in the month of August)
  • Parent Duties - Two (2) parent duty/volunteer activities during the season

Raffle Tickets will be available for pick up at the Snack Shack at beginning of the season. Stay tuned for additional information.


1st Family Member: $170.00

2nd Family Member: $170.00

Maximum fee for family: $400.00

Registration fee August 15, 2019 forward: $195.00 per participant (with no family max).


1. Payment in Full

2. Birth Certificate: if your son/daughter is a returning participant from the 2018 season, you do not need to provide a copy of their birth certificate. All other participants will need to provide a photocopy of their birth certificate for their registration to be considered complete.

3. Physician Statement: this form can be found on

  1. It must be completed and signed by parent and physician/nurse after January 1st of the current year. Optional: You may add a copy of the blue state medical form from your child's recent physical (with physician signature) to avoid additional form charge by the physician. Please do not include immunization record.
  2. If the participant attends school outside of the RHAM district or its bordering towns then RYFC will need documentation to provide to the NCFL. Example: copy of the recent report card (grades do not need to be disclosed) showing the participant's name and address.

If a participant decides to withdraw from A, B, and C football or cheerleading, the refund deadline is Sunday, July 28th. The refund deadline for D football and cheerleading is Friday, August 2nd.
