RYFC Committees / Game Day Duties


The backbone of RHAM's football and cheerleading program is the dedication of our families. These individuals make the organization run smoothly and efficiently. RYFC has a variety of opportunities for families to choose. This is a part of registration, and MUST be completed before your player can begin practice in August.

It is required that each family volunteer for either 3 game day duties or 1 committee and 2 game day duties. (NOTE: Families of the coaching staff and of current board members are not required to volunteer.) Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in a fine and/or loss of playing time for the child.

How do I Sign Up?

  • Committees: Sign up HERE for your required Committee Duty. (1 per family)
  • Game Day Duties: Sign up HERE for your required Game Day Duties (2 per family)
  • Raffle Tickets (Each family will sell 20, $5 raffle tickets in the month of August)

We're using VolunteerSpot (the leading online Sign-up and reminder tool) to organize our upcoming Sign-ups.

How do I change my volunteer spot?

  • NOTE: Remember you must fulfil the required number of volunteer spots.

I cannot make my game day duty. What do I do?

  • If you have questions about your committee, please contact the RYFC Board Member who is chairing the committee.
  • If you need to change your game day assignment please contact the Concessions Manager (listed on the Board of Directors page) ASAP, so other arrangements can be made. Your spot will need to be filled by someone else.
  • Please remember, skipping your assignment could result in a fine and a loss of play time for your child.
